Website visits

We use Google Analytics to understand visits, the websites and campaigns that bring guests here, and activity in our booking journey. Analytics can use cookies and collect browser and device information, approximate location, pages viewed, referral information, and interactions. Connected booking events can include stay dates, guest count, booking value, and currency. Reports help us understand which marketing leads to bookings.

We do not intentionally send your name, email address, phone number, or payment details to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website’s Analytics tag.

Bookings and enquiries

Hospitable provides our booking calendar and checkout. Information you enter there is used to quote, process, and manage your stay. Payment processing is handled through the booking service; do not send payment-card information by email. See Hospitable’s privacy policy and the notices shown during checkout.

If you email us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond and help with your stay. Airbnb, Vrbo, Google Maps, and other linked services have their own privacy policies.

Chat with the hosts

Our optional chat is provided by tawk.to. We do not load its chat service until you choose “Chat with your hosts.” After you start, tawk.to processes technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and chat activity. Its widget can use cookies and local storage to operate chat and recognize returning visitors, subject to the consent choices it presents.

Swetha and Sundaram can see the messages and contact details you provide and use them to answer your enquiry. When the hosts are offline, the chat form asks for your name, email address, and message so we can follow up. The service stores chat data in the United States and uses service providers to operate its systems. Closing the chat window does not itself delete the conversation or stop all processing while you remain on this page.
